We want you to love your Travel Jack. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no hassle, no stress.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Your Travel Jack must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned in the original packaging

A valid order number and email address are required
How to Start a Return

Enter your order number and email address

If your order is eligible, you will be able to submit for a return

Once the return request has been submitted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email

Print and attach the label, then drop your package off at the designated carrier
Note: The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear
