Travel Jack 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Travel Jack. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no hassle, no stress.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Your Travel Jack must be unused and in its original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • A valid order number and email address are required

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our return portal at traveljack.com/apps/return_prime

  2. Enter your order number and email address

  3. If your order is eligible, you will be able to submit for a return

  4. Once the return request has been submitted, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email

  5. Print and attach the label, then drop your package off at the designated carrier

Note: The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
